I have a 1998 Mitsubishi Montero Sport and the A/c Blower doesnt blow. Where i found on the car to replace, it could be under dashboard or another place.

The blower motor is typically located in or attached to the heater core assembly.  The heater core assembly should be located behind the passenger side glove box.  Removing the heater core to access the blower motor usually requires draining engine coolant either part way or completely and removing at least part of the dashboard.  It's a relatively labor-intensive job, especially if you do not have much automotive repair experience.  If you do feel comfortable doing this job yourself, have a mechanic do it for you.
