Cadillac Repair: Keyless entry, spare tire cover, faub

Question
I have a 91 Seville which I just purchased on ebay. I was wondering if that year and model had the keyless entry via the key faub as an option and how to tell if this car has / had it?
I have noticed some listed on ebay that say they will work with the 91 Seville ?

Hi Joe, There is an options lablel that is on the spare tire cover or under the trunk lid and if your car was equiped with keyless entry then it will have AUO on the label. There isn't any way to know if it works or not until a remote is programmed. If you aren't sure if the remote is good the Caddy dealer should have a tester for remotes. Otherwise GM makes a kit that can be installed in any vehicle with power locks and or trunk release. Talk to the parts dept. for prices. Hope that helps. Bill
