Mitsubishi Repair: air conditioning, drip hose, drip line

i have a 2002 lancer 2.0 sohc. i leak water on pass side water level is fine so i dont think heater core. i wanna find the drip line i think its stuck shut. i have no water dripping on groud like all other cars. thanks

Dan,
Sounds like you're on the right track.  The drip hose for the A/C evaporator is probably plugged with debris or insects (yes, bugs do crawl up there sometimes).  If you have access to a compressor, you can try blasting air up into the hose to clear any blockage.  Sometimes a can of compressed air that you can get at office supplies stores may work.  If blasting the tube with air doesn't help, you'll most likely need to access the heater box from inside the car to find out why water is not draining properly.
