Mitsubishi Repair: 97 Mitsubishi Resetting the computer, correct steps, ls 3

Question
I have a 97 Montero LS 3.5 Liter, I had to install a new battery, I know the computer needs to relearn, but I dont know the correct steps.  I do know that you have to do several steps to get it to relearn, but I am not sure of the steps exactly, can you please help me out.

There's nothing special you have to do get your computer to relearn your driving still.  Simply drive as you normally would.  After a few drives, your computer will learn your driving style.  I disconnect my batteries all the time and the computer always relearns without doing anything special.
