Mitsubishi Repair: Fuses lights and heater, dashboard lights, rally edition

I have a 2003 Mitsubishi Lancer Oz Rally edition


The light indicator near my gearshift has gone out. I'm trying to look through the manual to figure out what fuse its connected to but its not providing me with any answers that are useful..

also the heater on my car refuses to work i cant even get the knobs to fully turn to the far right to determine how high i want the heat or where i want it to come out from ie feet, head, defrost.... how do i fix these issues?
i don't know if its related on not but the lights belonging to these knobs are out as well. Can you please help me.

The lights on the gear shift and dashboard lights usually tie into the same fuse.  So if just the gear shift light has gone out, it may be a connection has come loose or the bulb has just burnt out.  For the heater issue, you should have a mechanic inspect your HVAC control panel.  I'm not sure if that would have anything to do with the light on the gearshift going out, but your mechanic may find the answers to fix both.
