Hi,

My daughter's car is getting hard to start (especially when cold) and Kangaroo hops (Jumps) whenever it is subjected to anything other than very gentle acceleration either hot or cold. It runs fine at constant speeds and idle. Fuel pump seems to work well, new filters, etc. Any ideas?

Ken: I would get the car coded, sounds like there might be a sensor getting weak and so the computer is not reading it right. So the car is hard to start. Got an AutoZone close by? They will code the car for free. That car is controled by that computer so it might be more than one sensor that is weak so again the computer is not reading things right. Also when is the last time you did a tune up on this car, you might think about doing that too. God bless: Linda
