Hello,

Trunk door will not open. I pressed the button while in the car to unlock the doors, all doors opened except the trunk door. I had my packages back there, had opened the trunk 5 minutes before. I tried using my key, it didn't budge. I tried using the alarm to lock and then unlock the door, still no luck. I got in the trunk while my sister was on the outside trying to open the door and it still would not budge. Not sure how all doors can open except the back. Any thoughts on what could be the malfunction, if any?????

Cylinder locks on doors can freeze without much warning.  You can try spraying some lubricant (like WD-40) into the lock and use the key to try to work it in.  If that doesn't help you may need to take it to a mechanic to free the locking mechanism.  If the lock damaged or extremely rust, you may need to have it replaced.
