Mitsubishi Repair: engine cranks but does not start, mitsu eclipse, engine cranks

Question
I have a 2004 mitsu eclipse gt v6 engine, auto trans. It was recently purchased and was working perfect, until i had the sunroof fixed. the electrician that worked on the sunroof claims he didnt tap into any electrical connections so what they did is connect the sunroof directly to the battery. when i went to start the car it wouldnt start.  It seems like there is no fuel getting to the fuel rail. The fuel pump was changed thinking this was the problem but didnt work still.  i am thinking its a relay that isn't working but can,'t locate which are for the fuel pump or a fusible link.  but i already checked the fuses in the engine and all are good also inside fuses checked good.

Answer
Chris,
I'm not too familiar with that year of Galant.  You can check the connections on the fuel pump to see if it's receiving 12 volts.  This will tell you definitively whether or not your pump getting power and sending fuel.  If you can confirm that the fuel pump is functioning, but the car still won't start, you may want to consider having the car towed to a mechanic for further inspection.
Good luck!
