Mitsubishi Repair: Water leaking under passenger dash, passenger dash, drain tube

2002 Mit Montero XLS.  Whenever I turn left water comes in from under the dash. I understand this is the condensation from the AC. Is there a permanent fix or technical bulletin out there ? I had the mechanic last year clean out the box the evaps sit in but the problem of course is back. Much thanks!

I'm not aware of any technical bulletin pertaining to this specific issue.  You can always contact the service department at your local dealership and ask.  But sometimes the drain that leads from the box to the bottom of the car gets crimped or plugged depending on your driving environment (i.e. unpaved roads or off-roading can cause this to happen more frequently).  Possible more permanent solutions would be to replace the drain tube with a more rigid one.  Another more aggressive fix would be to make the drain hole in the box large.
