Mitsubishi Repair: eclipe, valve seals, oil leaks

my 98 eclipse gst 82,000 miles has couple of oil leaks and leaks oil from exhaust and in front of engine also when could and driving slow it will cause blue smoke heavy at times what could it be and how to fix it?

This sounds like oil is leaking past your valve seals, piston rings, and even past your head gasket.  In order to fix it, you'll need to have your cylinder head rebuilt or replaced all together.  This can be expensive so you may want to get a few estimates.
