Mitsubishi Repair: 1996 MITSUBISHI ECLIPSE GST, mitsubishi eclipse, coil pack

THE ENGINE WILL CRANK BUT THERE IS NO SPARK  FROM THE COIL PACK. I CHECKED THE WIRING ON THE ENGINE AND EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED PROPERLY.I DONT KNOW WHAT ELSE TO CHECK ON THE CAR. CAN YOU HELP ME OUT.

Corey: You need to buy yourself a repair manual for your car, most parts stores will have them for around $20.00 and a voltmeter, not sure on the cost for that but not very costly. You need the repair manual so you will know the right readings, use the voltmeter to test the coil pack. Or else pull or push the car to a shop to let them do this. But sounds like the coil will have to be replaced, it would be good to get the computer coded too to see what it might kick out as to the problem with no stark. Your car is the right year for the bad computers too. Still you will need to test the coil pack to see if it is good, if you find out it is then you will need to get that computer tested.
