Mitsubishi Repair: Not enough power under load, outlander mitsubishi, crackling noise

I just had filled my 2003 Outlander Mitsubishi with gas.  When I had a tune up.  Under load the acceleration is weak.  This is the first time I heard this crackling noise.

Catherine: If you did not hear that noise till after the tune up, take the car back to whoever tuned it up and get them to check this out. As it sounds like you might have a bad stark plug wire. Once in a while you get a bad one when you get them from a parts store. Or they broke it while putting it on or something like this. It would mess up the power under load. The crackling noise if a stark plug wire, could be the stark that should go to the stark plug is not and it is jumping out over the engine, taking the power the engine needs to zip along. Still take the car back to whatever shop did this tune up and get them to check their work. Tell them of the noise, put your foot down as you paid good money to get your car tuned up!
