Unfortunately, I don't answer "how do i do" questions because they can get very involved and I wouldn't want to miss a step.  Removing the timing belt pulley is an involved process that requires removal of an engine mount and all the drive belts.  I'd recommend you get a service manual for your car that will walk you through step by step the procedure to get this done.  Sorry I couldn't be more help.
