Mitsubishi Repair: Quite some clear water coming from Exhaust pipe, drived, magana

1996 Mistibishi Magana, 2.4l, 4 cylinder, 110,000km

quite some clear water continuesly come out from tail pipe after drived for quite some time and the engine definitly heated up. no odor. And the enginee sounds ok, no smoking.

Where is the water from? (my coolant is green)
If it is caused by a internal leak, is it easy to fix it?

William: I would have the water pump checked it might be leaking a bit of water out of it. Some engine do blow a bit of water out of them, nothing much to worry about unless the car is heating or you are loosing water. Then again I would be checking that water pump it sounds like it might need to be changed. Hope this helps and God bless: Linda
