Mitsubishi Repair: Dodge colt 93 (same as Mitsubishi Mirage), side kick panel, dodge colt

Car has been down for several months. Checked engine and found spark, and checked plugs (OK). There is no fuel getting to the engine. Checked Fuel Filter and lines from tank (OK). I need to know if this is a fuel pump problem or a computer problem, Where are they (Fuel Pump and Computer) located and how do I get to them?

When you checked the fuel filter and lines, were you checking fuel pressure?  If not you need to do 2 things. 1) check to see if the computer is commanding on the injectors. You can do this by pulling an injector connector and putting a test light across the terminals and crank it over. If the light doesn't flash, the problem lies in the computer or fuel injector circuits.  If it does flash, you need to check fuel pressure with a gauge and make sure it's 47-50 with the pump running and the engine NOT running. The fuel pump is in the fuel tank and the computer is under the dash near the right (passenger side) kick panel.
