Mitsubishi Repair: Headlight, mitsubishi eclipse, rubber boot

Hello, I drive a 2001 Mitsubishi eclipse. I bought some headlights to replace my old ones and I can not seem to get them out.  The manual just says to pull off the connector but i can't seem to get it off by just pulling.  is there a trick?

Quentin: Might be something to take your time with, as those connectors have been on there a long time. It might help if you removed the battery so you see better. But I believe you pull the connectors off gently, pull off the rubber boot, then you will see a small wire clip, push it in and this should release the bulb. I hope this helps and God bless: Linda
