I took it back to the place and he said it was problaby the transmission shift cable could this be true or could it be the synchronizers and theyre trying to make me look like a fool. please help.

Answer
Joseph: Put your foot down there, you had the transmission rebuilt by this shop and two day after picking it up something does not work right? Go back and get after them. You paid them good money to get that transmission rebuilt and running right. Not messing up after two days, I would say they did not do something right or did not put in new parts or they did not hook something up right. Look my manual says this about noisy in on particular gear, damaged or worn constant mess gears, damage or worn synchronizers, maybe you should ask to see all the old parts from your transmission. Just maybe they did not replace something with new parts but rather used some of the older worn parts. I really get upset with shops that fix something and then the customer has problems after just one or two days. So make them fix it right, because they promised you a rebuild transmission that would work for sometime to come and you sir paid for that! Hope this helps and God bless: Linda
