Question
Hey I know its not a Mitsubishi but the Plymouth guy is on vacation. heres the question I have a 94 laser it has set for 3 years now I'm trying to get it back on the road. It will start, but die shortly after. I have replaced the fuel filter, the fuel pump, and have cleaned the throttle body and added fuel additive. I am at my wits end. Oh I have also change a few relays. car still will start, but when you give it gas it dies. What to do next??

Answer
Steve,
You should check your Mass Air Sensor and air filter.  Also be sure your spark plugs are firing properly.  Other possible reasons for stalling can be due to a clogged exhaust system; particularly the catalytic converter.  I would also recommend you have your car's computer inspected.  Read this article for more information:

If the ECU is malfunctioning, you can have all sorts for strange starting and stalling issues.
Good luck!
