Mitsubishi Repair: 1997 Mitsubishi RVR 4G63, mitsubishi rvr, vacuum leak

I have recently had to plane a head on an RVR. I've got it all back together but its just not running right. Timing is fine. It's either a vacuum leak or there is one small black&white live wire loose and I don't know where it goes. I've checked all vacuum lines and the intake manifold for leaks but couldn't find any so I'm thinking it must have something to do with that wire but unsure.

The RVR was not a model sold in the States, so my knowledge of it is very limited.  I cannot guess what that black and white wire is, but if it's live then it must attach to something important.  If you can get a hold of a wiring diagram or factory service manual, that should help you trace back where that wire should go.
