Mitsubishi Repair: Eclipse 99 Problems, eclipse 99, miles warranty

Okay, so I was driving, and then I pressed my brake real hard, heard a Clunk noise from the engine, pulled over, saw smoke coming outta the car. I think my timing belt is done for. I am scared if I might have damaged my valves. My car is a 1999 Eclipse RS with 75000 on it. It is still under a 3yr/36,000 Miles Warranty. Am I gonna incur a lot of expenses? Please help me out.

P.s. already towed it to Mitsubishi dealers but since its the weekend I won't get anything from them till Monday.

PraN: Look it is Monday evening, and I had a crash in a parking lot and a bit behind on my answering things on this site. For which I am sorry, but I would say if your car is still under warranty and the timing belt went that they should fix it for free. I could be wrong but how about you let me know what happen to you. Hope it went well for you... Linda
