Mitsubishi Repair: tranny poblem, lever assembly, transmission shop

i have a problem with my tranny it dose not go in 2,4 and r wat do u think is the problem also the motor is tilted on the passager side if i hope u can help my problem email me at blanco8606@aol.com hope to hear from u

You may have to replace your select and/or shift cables are worn.  Your shift lever assembly may also need adjustment.  Check the shift lever and your cables.  Replace if necessary.  It's also possible you have excessively worn synchronizers.  You may want to have a transmission shop provide further diagnosis.
