Chrysler Repair: Changing a wiper switch: 94 AA body (Spirit), high beams, xerox copy

I have a 94 Dodge Sprirt. The windshield wiper just quit working on me.I have changed the wiper motor and it still doesn't work. The next thing I was going to do is change the switch. Of course it has all the goodies for the high beams and such. So my question is...how do you get the cover off to be able to get to the switch. Thank you for your help.

Hi Eric,
Did you electrically verify that fuse #18 (20 amp) is ok, as that fuse only runs the wipers.  It is a multi-step procedure to change out the switch which I can best share by making a xerox copy of the manual pages and postal mailing it to you. So if that is acceptable let me know a postal mailing address.
Let me know if you want to do some electrical testing of the switch or wiring to the switch before buying a replacement switch. I would suggest disconnecting the battery when working around the switch.
