Juga: When is the last time you did a good tune up on your car? Stark plugs, wires, distributor cap and rotor? When is the last time you changed the air filter? You could have your car coded to see if your air flow meter is bad, as there is a sensor in it that works with the computer. But I don't know about your questions who told you these things. The whole engine has to be working together to get speed and how it uses fuel. But yet that tune up would help a lot. On both of those things. Hope this helps and good luck! Linda
