Mitsubishi Repair: 97 eclipse brakes, wheel bearing, rotor

Question
I was getting noise from right front brake. It only comes after car has been driven enough to heat brake parts. Quiet when cool. When lightly applied, brake makes no noise then noise with gradual pressure and no noise when applied hard. I replaced rotor, pads and brake clips. Help?

Answer
Kevin: How about the noise from the front end of your car is not from the brakes but rather a wheel bearing? It is quiet when cool but starts in once it heats up. So the bearing is needing to be replaced, as once it gets hot or warm it starts to make noise. I know at times we get stuck on the wrong thing with cars but heck it is easy to do. So go have the bearing checked in the wheel or wheels that makes the most sound. But then better yet have them all checked. I hope this helps and good luck! Linda
