How do I reset the driving range display on  a 2001 Mitsubishi Montero Linited Edition?

P.J. Do you not have a book that went with the Montero it should tell you. Other wise you will have to get ahold of a dealership. I am thinking you might need some kind of code to do this, don't work on such new cars as your's that much. Are you sure there is not a reset button someplace that you can push to reset everything? I know in my husband's car there is.  I am thinking on the dash, kind of on the buttom side of it there should be a small black button. If you push or maybe pull that it should reset that driving range displace unless it is broken and does not work. Then you will have to get ahold of a dealership for help.
