Mitsubishi Repair: 1992 dodge stealth, mitsubishi 3000 gt, dual overhead cam

i need to know if my car needs a torque angling sensor i need to replace the valve cover gaskets and i need to take the intake to do this.the engine is a mitsubishi 3000 gt with a dual overhead cam v6 automatic 3.0 without a turbo but i need to no if i need this torque angling sensor before i do the work

I'm sorry, but I do not understand what a 'torque angling sensor' is.  If by that you mean a torque wrench, then yes, it is highly recommended that you use a torque wrench when reinstalling your valve covers and surrounding components.  Since you have an aluminum head, if you over torque the bolts you could easily cause fractures to the surface; which will cause leaking.  Sorry I couldn't be more help.
