Mitsubishi Repair: 1992 Mitsubishi Diamante, crank angle sensor, mitsubishi diamante

Question
I have a 92 diamante and the ignition coil is not getting any spark.  The car cranks but will not start.  Any ideas what could be wrong.  Sparks plugs are all fine.

Answer
Brian: How old is the distributor? In that distributor is a sensor called a crank angle sensor. It that is bad it will keep changing the ignition timing and so the car will not start. Other wise you could have a broken wire, loose or disconnected wires at the ignition coil or faulty coil. I pulled this right out of my repair manual. I hope this helps and good luck!
