Mitsubishi Repair: Window repair for Mitsubishi Magna, magna wagon, mitsubishi magna

Question
Hi,
I have to get the wind up window repaired on our Mitsubishi Magna wagon. The problem is that the coil (not sure of the correct word - which is what i am after) is snapped in half. Therefore the wires/lines/cables that operate the winding of the window cannot stay on the coil and so the window is stuck. I need to replace the coil but need to know the correct name so i can shop around for this spare part. Can you please help.

Answer
Nathan: I guess I am not sure if I understand you just right. So I hope you are meaning the piece inside the door, that the glass rest on. First let me say that you should go to a parts store and try to buy a repair manual for your car. They cost around $20.00 and are well worth the money spent. My book calls that piece a regulator if you and I are talking about the same place and piece. The book goes on to say that you can adjust the glass position by loosening the regulator bolts. Does that sound like the piece you are talking about? Hope this helps and good luck!
