Mitsubishi Repair: mitsibushi L200 no heat, thermostat wiring diagrams, upper radiator hose

hi i have a l200 import 2005 model 2.8 td i have fans but there blowing cold checked water levels need to locate thermostat as its an import my local dealer cant help says he needs wiring diagrams which i dont know how to get cheers sally

Sally: Why do you need a wiring diagram to find the thermostat? Just find the upper radiator hose and that should lead you to the thermostat. Wiring diagrams would show how the fans are wired. But the thermostat should be at the end of that upper radiator hose, it is what controls the water that flows through it. When it is open it does not hold any water back, and so you don't get the heat. But then it is closed, it can over heat the engine. But don't think there is anything to do with wiring. So get someone to find that upper radiator hose. The radiator hose will hook into a piece on your engine, if you take those bolt loose, then you should find the thermostat. I don't think they have changed the newer cars that much. Hope this helps and good luck!
