Mitsubishi Repair: Squealing 1995 Mitsubishi Galant, mitsubishi galant, squeal

My sister had a mechanic to change all of her belts including the timing belt. It began to squeal when she starts it and also while shes driving weeks later. It's happening daily. What could be the cause?

Angela: Take the car back to whomever changed the belts. Because they either did not put on the right belt or else they did not put the belt on right. Because the belt should not squeal. Should the mechanic tell her it is fine, then go someplace else to get a second mechanic to check it. She need to put her foot down and get the mechanic to fix her car right. It should not squeal. And I get so upset with the way some shops treat women. Hope this helps and good luck!
