Mitsubishi Repair: car wont start, salvage yard, car wont start

I have a 1991 eclipse, that will turn over but wont start.
I have fuel going in to the fuel filter and in the return line. spark plugs are fine. will start if i spray starter fluid in the intake. please help

You may have one or more clogged fuel injectors.  You may also want to check your car's computer for damage.  Read this article for further information:

If your ECU is damaged, it can prevent your injectors from firing.  If your ECU does appear to be damaged, you may have luck finding an inexpensive replacement from a salvage yard or even eBay.
