Mitsubishi Repair: radiator fans not working, radiator fans, fan motors

Question
the radiator fans stop working on my 2000 1.8 mirage, i already check the fuses, drain the coolant and replace the thermostat, what else do you recommend me to inspect / replace?

Armando: First off you need to get a repair manual for your car. Can get one at any parts store for around $20.00. It will show you how the fans are wired in your car and then explain things to look for. I would say you have a short in with a wire off someplace or else your relay is out. How about the fan motors, are they getting power? Can use a voltmeter to see if the fan motors are getting power. But the repair manual would explain how this all works. If so do they work or are they burnt out? Hope this helps and good luck!
