Mitsubishi Repair: Driver-side window falling, good luck, mitsubishi

i have a 2001 mitsubishi and the driver-side window has begun to slide down. Is this a simple problem that i could repair myself? If so, how?

It's possible that you could fix this yourself as it sounds like your glass has come off of the tracks. You may want to get a manual on your vehicle, however, to insure that you remove the door panel correctly and that you know how the glass is mounted to the tracks. You can purchase a manual at most parts stores. They're inexpensive and a wealth of information. Just insure you take it easy removing the door panel as they can be temperamental and you don't want to mess anything up.
