Mitsubishi Repair: 2002 Mitubisihi Diamante, seatbelt light, light flashes

For the past week my tail lights do not light up. I cannot let other windows down from the drivers side but they work on the other doors. The Door open light flashes on and off and the seatbelt light flashes on and off. I took it to the dealer and thought that it was a computer program. they were no help. What type of problem might i be looking at here?

Cassandra: What kind of a dealer did you take it to? I mean that points to a short of some kind. You have a wire someplace that is rubbing on the body maybe or something and so causing some kind of a short. You need to get your car to another shop, a better one. Have them start with your battery with a voltmeter, checking through the car and it's wiring. They should then find the short and then fix it. But there has to be someone to help you with this.
