Mitsubishi Repair: mitsubishi 94 expo horn not working also no dashboard lites, dashboard lights, loose hope

I have a mitsubishi 94 expo 2.4L, the horn stop working, fuses ar good the horn is ok. Does this car have a horn relay? and if it does where is located? Also I have no dashboard lights. The dimmer switch does nothing. Any ideas?

Tony: Sounds like a relay is out, but what you need to do is buy a manual for your car. They cost around $20.00 at a parts store and is well worth the money. I like the Haynes one as they walk you through things better. There are also fuses under the hood up by the firewall on the driver's side of the car, in and around the battery and over on the other side of the car. Or else you have a wire off to the horn and the dashboard lights therefore they are not getting any power.I am sure your 94 has some miles on it and so wires do come loose.
