my alternator and battery are good, but I'm not getting any fire to the alternator.  HELP!!!

Deborah: Not getting any power to the alternator. I would say it could be a belt that is slipping, or has no teeth left on it, or you could have a relay out, fuse or sensor. Take it to a shop or get someone to help you take it to a shop. Should buy a manual for your car, you can get one of those at any parts store. Get one for your make and model of your car. Then you can read up on your car, they explain what might be causing problems and walk you through how to fix them. Hope this helps and good luck!
