Mitsubishi Repair: 1996 eclipse wont start, mitsubishi eclipse, starter motor

hi...my 96 mitsubishi eclipse was running and starting fine, but 2 days ago i drove it to a store and ran in for 2 min. then when i came out and tried to start it it wouldnt start.  all the lights/radio came on but it wont even turn over. someone told me it is the starter but i was wondering if there is anything else it could be.

Most likely it is the starter motor that has gone.  It's not uncommon for a car that is started at least 2 twice a day to have a bad starter after 10+ years.  If you can't get it started, have it towed to your mechanic to have the starter inspected and replaced if necessary.
