Mitsubishi Repair: Windshield Fluid wont spray, mitsubishi eclipse gs, spray nozzle

Question
The Windshield Fluid on my 2002 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS stopped working.  There is enough fluid in the resevoir so I am trying to figure out what else could be wrong.  Switch? Pump?

If you try to activate the wiper fluid and hear no sound at all, that would indicate an eletrical problem.  The problem could be anywhere between the switch, fuse, relay or pump.  But if you do hear sound like your pump is trying but nothing comes out, that usually means there is a clog somewhere in the fluid lines or spray nozzle.  The best way to check this is to turn your key to the ON position, but do not start your.  This way the sound of the engine will not interfere with the sound of the fluid pump.
