Mitsubishi Repair: Expo LRV 1.8, expo lrv, fusible links

Question
Expo LRV 1.8 still won't start after new water pump and timing belt.  All marks line up.  I have a spark that is orange colored.  Any ideas?

You may have a faulty ignition coil or malfunction crank angle position sensor.  Either of which could prevent spark and proper starting.  But also inspect your alternator, starter, battery and cabling, and fusible links.  It may not be a bad idea to replace your spark plugs and plug wires as well.
