Oil is comming out of dip stick. Pvc ok

Overtime, the rubber seal on the dipstick can get stiff and shrink.  This will force the dipstick pop up.  Replace the dip stick with a new one from the dealership.  You can get a new one right from the dealership from less than $20.  If the new dipstick still pops out after that, have a mechanic do a compression test.  You may have an internal engine problem.
