Mitsubishi Repair: ECS Suspension, 1992 mitsubishi diamante, negative battery cable

Question
I have an 1992 Mitsubishi Diamante LS, automatic transmission.  I was wondering is there a way to rest the ECS.  I recently had my car on a lift and now the ECS is stuck in the sport mode.

Answer
Derrick,
I'm not to familiar with the ECS option on the Diamante, but I know with other cars that resetting the car's computer can also reset the ECS control.  This can usually be done by disconnecting the negative battery cable for about 1 minute, and then reconnecting it.  If you had brought your car to a mechanics garage where they put it on the lift, you may have luck bringing your car back to them and ask them to reset the ECS for you.  They may know of the correct procedure if resetting the car's computer doesn't help by the method I gave you.
Good luck!
