There are a few shop manuals out there for the 2002 Lancer.  Doing a simple google search for '2002 Mitsusbishi Lancer repair manual' will show you a few places to get these manuals.  However, if you plan on doing serious work on your car, I would highly recommend the factory service manuals directly from Mitsubishi.  You can order these manuals from your local dealership.  They are the most expensive, but definitely worth the money if you plan on doing a lot of work on your car.
