Mitsubishi Repair: SETTING TIMING, mitsubishi galant, cam shaft

I HAVE A 1997 MITSUBISHI GALANT ES  IT BROKE THE SMALL TIMING BELT I REPLACED IT PLUS THE CAM SHAFT SENSOR, THE METAL PLATE THE CAM SHAFT SENSOR ATTATCHES  TO , THE PLUGS, THE FUEL PUMP. NOW I DONT GET FIRE IT WILL TURN OVER BUT NOT FIRE WHEN I SET THE TIMING I FOUND TWO MARKS ON THE TOP WHEEL. WHICH ONE IS THE TIMING MARK? I CALLED MITSUBISHI BUT THEY WOULD NOT TELL ME WHICH ONE IT WAS MAY BE YOU CAN HELP ME OUT

The cam sprocket (I'm assuming that's what you mean when you say "top wheel") should have a notch on it.  If one of the marks looks painted on, that could be where another mechanic marked it to set the timing at one point.  But if you've never had the timing belt replaced before, and never had another mechanic set the timing, I'm afraid I couldn't guess what the other mark on the sprocket could be.  You should have a mechanic take a look at it.  It definitely sounds like your engine is off timing.  Sorry I couldn't be more help.
