Mitsubishi Repair: 96 eclipse, clutch alignment tool, eclipse spyder

hey man , i can use ur help please. i got a 96 eclipse spyder which has a 2.4l engine , i replaced the tranny b4 and then i did the clutch which i think i messed up with , so now the starter keeps going out with me and keeps cracking the tranny housing , considering i already changed the clutch and flywheel now the starter always grinds with the flywheel and finally goes out with messed uo teeth and damaged flywheel , ive spent alot of me on this vehicle and im almost broke now , anything would help thanks man , bye.

If the flywheel and the clutch plate were not aligned properly using a clutch alignment tool, that can cause the problem you're having.  Improperly installed pivot ball, release fork, and throw-out bearing can also contribute to this problem, though it's not common if those parts are in good condition.  

This is one of those problems where it's hard to diagnose the true cause without seeing it close up.  You may just need to use whatever remaining funds you have set aside for your car and have a mechanic at a certified transmission shop take a look at your starter, flywheel and tranny housing.  They may discover the actual problem and fix it permanently.
