Was driving down road and car quite and will not start back. There is no spark.

That's not too much information to go on, but when your car shut off on it's own and will not start back up, there are 3 areas that need to be checked:
- Fuel system
- Ignition system
- Air intake system

It's also possible you have a timing problem, or your car's computer may be malfunctioning. Also have your fuses and relays checked.  Have those areas checked and I bet your problem will be in one of them.
