Dear Sir! May be you know if it's possible to install additional fog lights on Lnacer 2003. Do I need additional wiring...? Thank you.

If you want to install additional aftermarket fog lights, you will need additional wiring.  It is possible, but you need additional wiring, an extra relay, and a switch to control them.  Don't try to install them by splicing into existing wiring because that can excess load on current relays, fuses and wiring, which would lead to failure in the future.  Check your regions laws for any restrictions on brightness and light placement locations.  Some areas do have restrictions about aftermarket lighting to prevent blinding of oncoming traffic.
