Mitsubishi Repair: 1994 eagle talon tsi turbo, plymouth lasers, donor cars

I have a 1994 Eagle Talon turbo. 2.0,FWD,5 speed.
Same as Mitsubishi, I am told.
Will a 5 speed transmission from a 1991 turbo Mitsubishi Eclipse FWD fit my car?

Since Mitsubisi made a slight engine design modification midway through the '92 production year, I do not think a '91 FWD turbo 5-speed tranny will work on your '94.  If you still want to look for a used one, and feel confident with your purchase, stick with 93-94 FWD turbo Plymouth Lasers, Talons, and Eclipes as your possible donor cars.
