Mitsubishi Repair: 1987 mitsubishi mirage 1.5 carburator, napa parts stores, mitsubishi mirage

I have been told that my mirage needs a new carburator. Its hard to find! no luck. can it be rebuilt? where can I find a new or rebuilt one? where can I find a rebuilt kit. thanks

Hi Randall,

You can normally find a kit for those at most napa parts stores but they are kinda expensive,I would try some salvage YARDs in that year model.After the 87 model went they are all fuel injecter now including mine and made to prevent less maintance  if your carb hasn't been rebuilt again then it's safe to do save it and save you money as well.. goodluck
