Used Cars: I try to buy a car , but...., finance contract, aplication

I gave my deposit $2,000 to buy a nissan 2003 and the rest of price to finance company, and after 2days they showed me the finance contract with the price over then my aplication, so, I did not sign anything and I said to owner bring back my money, and he said " when and if I sell this car I bring back your money ", he hold full deposit and I wait for 10 days and nothing, can you help me? appreciate
