Mitsubishi Repair: Car Wont STart? Why, car wont start, firing order

i have a 1992 Eclipse 1.8 MT. The car wont turn over and i have got gas and spark, the timing is correct matched with the timing marks on the engine. i have it in the right firing order. What could be wrong? thank you

Before i can help you is the engine turning over like it trying to start?And can you smell gas if you are pumping the gas pedal?I need to know this before i can help you with this problem your having and there are 11 factors in this that will cause this
